This tool will scan the total cart value and depending on the value it will ad shipping cost or not. So if someone has cart valued at 97$ it will ad shipping costs to the offer. But as soon as their cart value is going up to over 100$, the shipping costs will be droped and not charged.
I would love to have an add on like that.
